Timeline

(Our Beginnings)

1994

In 1994, Alain Piché and his partner, Josée Ricard, founded Lettreur Nord-Sud, accompany specializing in commercial vehicle wraps, personalizing private vehicles, large-format printing, and graphic design.

2004

After graduating in graphic design, David Jutras, who honed his skills and passion by working with various printers, co-founded Hunder, a graphic company focused on Quebec apparel.

2009

David broadened his horizons and founded Duo Eg, joined by new partners. No longer limited to apparel, the company now specializes in printed productions and web services through dedicated departments.

2011

When David and Alain met, an instant connection was born. Sharing a common business vision, their collaboration quickly flight.

(The Expansion)

2014

A golden opportunity for expansion arises as Alain decides to step away from the business. David acquires Lettreur Nord-Sud, and Duo Eg become and integrated communications agency.

2016

In December 2016, after two solid years of knowledge transfer to the existing team, Alain retires with a smile, knowing his company is in good hands.

2019

Two new divisions emerged thanks to the acquisition of Infotraitex, a well-known local printing company, along with a complete set of equipment for screen printing and embroidery.

2023

A laser engraver joins Duo, allowing us to leave our mark on nearly every type of material!

2024

The focus is on acquisitions, with several eco-friendly, high-performance printers added to our workshop to handle a wider variety of projects in-house!

2025

Duo unveils its news visual identity.

Since introducing flatbed printing at Duo, we now print projects in-house – regardless of size – directly on the support of your choice, from standard paper to Coroplast and Alupanel. This means significant time savings for our team and better control over the final product quality.

Eco-Friendly Printing

Combining efficiency and ecology is possible. That’s why we choose machines with low ink and energy consumption. Our flatbed printer also helps limit transfer material waste through direct printing.

Digital Cutting Table

Precision and efficiency for your cuts. Thanks to its intelligent camera system, our CNC flatbed cutter adjusts each path for a perfect finish aligned with your printed visuals. Versatile and fast, it adapts to a wide variety of graphic applications and guarantees precise, consistent results.
