Project Management

• Coordinate project stages

• Plan meetings with clients and internal teams

• Brief and delegate tasks to team members

• Help identify project risks

• Ensure client objectives are met

• Manage team timelines

• Communicate visual materials for approval to the art director and clients

Client Account Management

• Participate in developing service proposals

• Act as an advisor to clients

• Take part in client meetings

• Maintain client relationships throughout project execution

• Gather needs, estimate costs, and plan project delivery

• Maintain regular contact with clients

• Provide information to accounting for client billing

We’re looking for the best, so you must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Demonstrate strategic thinking

• Be fluent in French

• Have a sharp eye and strong graphic intuition

• Be detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to handle unexpected situations

• Easily manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Have a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude

• Salary based on experience

• Flexible schedule, 35 to 40 hours per week
