The Customer Service Manager supports the Administrative Assistant and the Director of Administration in various tasks related to client relations at Duo. This person is also the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. Additionally, they assist the Workshop department (embroidery and screen printing) with sales and follow-ups.
Main responsibilities:

Manage various administrative requests: shipping materials, handling calls, processing correspondence, managing mail and invoices

Prepare quotes and invoices in collaboration with project managers

Direct clients to the appropriate contacts

Occasionally assess client needs
-
Handle certain follow-ups and sales with clients in the Workshop department (embroidery and screen printing)

Perform any other related tasks
